One of the first times out with mommy buying groceries without hanging out in the baby bjorn.
She did pretty good too until she realized if she fussed screamed enough, I would carry her.
She's just the cutest darned thing, if I do say so myself.

Niagara Falls Aquarium!

Today we took Ariyana to the aquarium. I know trips like these at this time she will not remember, but she sure enjoys it at the time. And I will always cherish the memories of doing family days from very early on. I enjoy these trips just as much as she does! Lots of fish, penguins and otters. And other swimmer like things. 

Waiting for Daddy

Yup, little miss pulled herself right on up on the couch and looked out the window, not much before Daddy got home. I think it's child intuition that she knows when her daddy is supposed to get home.
For sure one of the cutest darned things I've seen in a while. Just love her.

Ariyana's first word most definitely is, "Dada". She says it with such assurance, it's so cute. I love seeing the bond between my husband and daughter. <3

Splish, splash in Mexico!

Ariyana's second exposure to the ocean went far better than the first. To be honest, she is such a water baby and loooooved the warm waters of Mexico. And such a pretty little thing, if I don't mind saying.

We are having a fantastic time on vacation already. It's going by so fast. Ariyana had her first ocean meet and greet, and it could have gone a lot better to say the least!

First day at sea!

Ahh, the wedding is over and vacation has officially begun! This is our first formal night dinner at sea. 

It is such a blessing to be able to spend time with our family and friends.

One more day!

Tomorrow is the big day and today was a nice day to relax and enjoy Florida. Today, we met up with my Dad, Patrice and my sister, Tessa. All of the family on both of our sides went out to dinner tonight. It was lovely, and I'm so thankful for the family that I do have. Tomorrow, I get to marry my best friend and partner for life!

It sure is hot in Florida! On the morning coffee run, Ariyana fell asleep. Which was unsual for that time of day for her! Must have been the heat!

FLORIDA

This is really it! We are now in Florida, and we have just finished our first leg of the trip! We met up with Gary and Tiffany today, and it was so good to see them. We haven't seen them since Ariyana was born. I'm so thrilled that they are here to watch me get married and go on this fantastic trip! They came all the way from Germany, so I'm pretty blessed!

Daddy and Ariyana are pretty tired out from the trip. So am I, but I'm so anxious I skipped the nap!

In 7 days and a wake up, we are finally tying the knot! I'm getting really excited. Still doing last minute planning for the wedding. I'm pretty notorious for doing everything last minute. It's a bad habit I'm forever trying to break. I did however, have Ariyana try on her flower girl dress that Arfan and I picked out. It's adorable and I can't wait to see her in it when I walk down the isle!

Nice weather and park visits!

The weather is FINALLY starting to really warm up. Enough to make more frequent park trips and really get outside without needing to bundle up. We got a taste of that while in California, and it wasn't until we got back that we can really get out and enjoy the sunshine. Ariyana has found a new love of being outside. Just like mommy and daddy. A little fresh air never did anyone any harm!

Today, I took Ariyana on a playdate to the park. Lots of fun lounging out on the grass with a few baby friends.

We have also mastered sitting up very well. It won't be long before she is mobile!
