Our sweet puppy Toby got a bath today. Poor little guy was stinky and we were not big fans of it. At the end of our street there is a rather nice self serve dog wash that we had yet to check out. A bit on the pricy side for a do-it-yourself, but at least when we were finished he smelled good. He even was able to come up on the couch again for a cuddle. He still thinks he's a lap dog despite getting to be a big guy.

It's a girl! It's a girl! It's a girl!

I was so wrong in thinking our little precious daughter was going to be a boy! She is most definitely a girl! She was so active and rolling around on the ultrasound! Punching and kicking all the time. Of course I can very much feel every little movement at this point in time! I can't wait to be her mommy! 

Our little girl also now has a name: Ariyana Nancy. We love the name Ariyana - meaning Holy in Greek. Her middle name Nancy, is from her Great-great Aunt. She is the most wonderful person I know and I'm so thrilled that I'm able to give her that name! I look forward to introducing my daughter to her! Arfan and I couldn't be prouder! Plus, Arfan was really hoping for a healthy little girl!

California - Right back where I started from!

We had a fabulous trip to California to see my family. I was able to introduce Arfan to the rest of my family and we made our little baby's presence known to them! They didn't say anything about my 'roundness' but I'm sure they had some sort of an idea, but they didn't say anything until I told them! We had such a fantastic time. Gorgeous weather and it was soooo nice to see my family. We toured the wine country and briefly checked out San Francisco. I'm going to miss my family so much!
